What is your shipping policy?
Currently designbymeg.com ships everything via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate (see shipping info) to the 48 continental United States. The more you buy, the more you can save! Check back for special promotions to save even more on shipping costs!
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days. Additional time may be required for some custom orders.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we only ship to the 48 continental United States, however special arrangements can be made for special orders. Please feel free to contact Meg to inquire about this.
What is your return policy?
Although every effort is made to make sure your items arrive as you expect them, if you should find the need to return any item, please email Meg within 14 days from receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. You will then be issued a return number to note on your receipt. You may then mail the item back in its original condition via usps priority mail, with a copy of your receipt noting your return number. Upon receipt of item in original condition and packaging, you will promptly receive a full refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping. All returns must be postmarked no later than 21 days after the original shipping date.
